Friend Shares Special Zucchini Bread Recipe

“This recipe was given to me by a friend,” Janice Rose writes.

CHOCOLATE CHIP-ZUCCHINI BREAD

3 cups flour

3 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded zucchini

1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

Combine flour, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sour cream in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes or until well blended.

Stir in zucchini and chocolate pieces. Pour batter into 2 well-greased 8x4-inch loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour 15 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
