The Seattle Seahawks have been offered a new Kingdome lease that would provide $19 million in benefits to the National Football League club during the next 10 years.

Under the proposal, the Seahawks would receive a rent reduction, would be assigned a share of concession revenues for the first time, and would get additional parking benefits and a major share of the rental income for 46 luxury boxes proposed for construction in the stadium.
