Monterey Park City Councilwoman Lily Chen has been named to the state World Trade Commission by Senate President Pro Tem David A. Roberti (D-Los Angeles). Chen, director of public affairs for the Los Angeles County Department of Children’s Services, is one of 15 commissioners who work on attracting foreign investment in the state.
