Torrance : Cable TV Board Delayed
The City Council postponed for three weeks a decision on forming a community advisory board for the Cable Television Access Foundation to establish and oversee public access policies.
The council could not decide how the members should be selected or how loarge the board should be. Staff will recommend whether the board should have 7 or 15 members and whether the slots should be representative of special interest groups such as education and senior citizens or at-large.
