Students Escape Serious Injuries in Bus Crash
One student sustained “possibly moderate injuries” Thursday when a school bus with 23 students on board rolled over on its right side after being struck by an egg truck on a rural highway about five miles east of Chino in Riverside County, authorities said.
At least six other students suffered minor injuries, ranging from “a bloody nose to being shook up” in the accident, which occurred near the intersection of Archibald Avenue and Cloverdale Road, California Highway Patrol dispatcher Sandy Smith said.
