B of A said it will expand a trust department.

Bank of America said it will expand a department designed to help operators of toxic-waste facilities comply with government regulations for cleanup of the sites. Bank officials said the program will help operators make arrangements for cleaning up on closure, or even after closure, of the sites. They say the department will help operators meet state and federal regulations.
