Ah, the ravings of an impotent old man. President Reagan is sounding like the kind of guy who gets mad instead of getting even. Does he really think he is going to scare Kadafi or single-handedly cripple the Libyan economy? He should shut up publicly and go talk quietly with the right people who can arrange for Abu Nidal’s timely demise.
