L.A. County : Boating Fees to Be Increased
Boating fees at three county regional park reservoirs will be increased March 1 from $2 to $3 for launching inspection and from $20 to $25 for an annual boating pass. The county Board of Supervisors authorized the increases to bring fees at Bonelli Park in San Dimas, Castaic Lake in Castaic and Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area in Irwindale into line with those charged by regional parks in other counties. In addition, the board approved an increase from $50 to $65 for an annual boating permit good in all three parks.
