San Diego police are investigating the death of a 23-year-old Tijuana man, whose body was found Friday by border patrol agents.
The body of Jose Luis Moreno-Sanchez was discovered in a flood control channel just north of the border about 10:30 p.m. after agents heard a gunshot.
