Mexico Reopens Schools
MEXICO CITY — Education authorities Monday reopened 113 schools damaged in the earthquakes that shook the center of this capital Sept. 19-20. The Education Department said that 590 schools have been repaired since the quakes, which destroyed or badly damaged more than 3,000 buildings.
