The former vice president of Don King Productions, convicted of tax evasion although her boss was acquitted, was sentenced to a year and a day in prison.
Constance Harper, free on a $200,000 personal recognizance bond, was scheduled to surrender Feb. 11. U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Griesa allowed her to remain free while her attorney, Andrew Lawlor, decides whether to appeal.
