Three men and one woman were arrested on suspicion of selling and possessing 1 1/2 kilos of cocaine with a street value of about $1.5 million during an undercover investigation by Huntington Beach police and the state Department of Justice, a police spokesman said. The arrests started near Beach Boulevard and Adams Street when undercover officers negotiated to buy the cocaine from James R. Duck, 19, and Eric Sundman, 20, both of Huntington Beach, and Ruben Molinar, 25, of Santa Ana, Sgt. Bill Peterson said. Duck and Molinar were arrested as they drove off. Sundman and Patricia Guldner, 18, Santa Ana, were arrested nearby. Duck, Sundman and Molinar are in custody at Huntington Beach Jail on suspicion of possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine for sale and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance. Guldner is being held at the County Jail on suspicion of possession of cocaine. Peterson said charges have yet to be filed.
