USIU Women Rally to Defeat USF, 93-91
The U.S. International University women’s basketball team rallied from a 49-45 halftime deficit to beat University of San Francisco, 93-91, Friday night in West Coast Athletic Conference action at San Francisco.
Toya DeCree of USIU (4-0 in conference, 14-5 overall) led all players with 36 points, and teammate Sonja Carter added 17. Teri Hunt scored 34 for USF.
USIU outrebounded USF, 47-30.
