Potlach Corp. Signs Lease for Vernon Building

Potlach Corp., a producer of wood and paper products, has leased a 112,000-square-foot building at 4651 Bandini Blvd., Vernon.

The long-term agreement representing $4.3 million in aggregate rental was negotiated for the lessor, D. N. & E. Walter & Co., and the lessee by Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles office.
