The New York-based entertainment company said it will increase the number of Chris Craft representatives on its board to six from three, with the overall board expanding to 16 members from 14. The increase will be effective in time for a planned April 2 shareholders meeting. Warner reportedly had been at odds with Chris Craft, its largest shareholder, over direction of the company. The two companies also said they have amended their shareholder agreement to modify Chris Craft’s rights “in case of certain tender offers or other events.”
