La Habra Heights : Four Seek Council Seats

Four candidates are running for two seats on the City Council in the April 8 elections.
Incumbents Jean Good and Gene Beckman are being challenged by Bob Keith, a business executive, and Claudelle West, a housewife. Both Good and Beckman are running for third terms. They have served on the council since the largely residential community in the La Puente Hills incorporated in 1978.
