HACKENSACK, N.J. — A man infatuated with actress Brooke Shields has been sentenced to five years of probation for trying to break into her home in an attempt to see her, officials said.
Mark Ronald Bailey, 27, also was ordered Friday to undergo therapy and pay $620 in damages and court fines. He was arrested Sept. 9 outside Shields’ home in a stolen truck. Police said Bailey had gone to the house the previous day and broke a window in a door.
