Reds Sign Seven Minor League Players

The Reds have announced the signing of seven players who spent last season in the minor leagues but have been invited to spring training.

Pitchers Hugh Kemp and Scott Terry, catchers Terry McGriff and Joe Oliver, infielders Lenny Harris and Terry Lee and outfielder Tracy Jones signed one-year contracts. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The Reds begin spring training in Tampa, Fla., Feb. 21, when pitchers and catchers hold their first workout. The full squad holds its first practice Feb. 27.
