Alfred E. Osborne Jr., associate dean of the UCLA Graduate School of Management, and Mark S. Tanaka, owner of a Sacramento health care consulting firm, have been named to the board of directors of ReadiCare Inc. of Newport Beach, the state’s largest provider of occupational and drop-in medical services.
Osborne, 41, also is an associate professor of business economics at UCLA and has worked for the Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington.
Tanaka, 39, has served in the past as executive vice president and chief operating officer, Mercy Health Care Organization in Sacramento, a nd as a director of professional services for California Hospital Association.
