Despite protests from security-conscious homeowners, the Pasadena City Council approved an internationally telecast anti-drug abuse rock concert in the Rose Bowl on April 26. The “Concert That Counts” benefit, produced by the same people who put together last summer’s Live-Aid concert in Philadelphia, is sponsored by First Lady Nancy Reagan.
