Glass Slivers Discovered in Gerber Baby Food Jars

SWAINSBORO, Ga. —
A sheriff’s deputy on Tuesday found glass slivers in two jars of Gerber baby food, and Sheriff Tyson Stephens immediately urged area residents to stop using the company’s bottled baby foods pending an investigation by the federal Food and Drug Administration.
