Rep. Addabbo Reported ‘Fair’ After Collapsing

WASHINGTON —
Rep. Joseph P. Addabbo (D-N.Y.) was reported in fair condition Friday in the intensive care unit of Georgetown University Hospital after collapsing during a luncheon Thursday. A spokeswoman for the 60-year-old lawmaker said doctors had ruled out a heart attack but were conducting tests to determine the nature of the problem.
