Watson Named to Transport Panel

SACRAMENTO —
Gov. George Deukmejian has appointed Donald Watson, director of the Department of Transportation’s Los Angeles district, to the Los Angeles and Orange Counties Transportation Commission.
Watson, 58, succeeds Heinz Heckeroth of Pasadena, whose term expired. Watson’s term will end Jan. 1, 1990.
