Bill F. Bernstein was named vice president for product support at Burbank-based Lockheed-California Co. Previously, Bernstein, 43, directed product assurance for the company’s unmanned aircraft operation. Bernstein replaces Elliot A. Green, who is retiring this month.

Lockheed-California also promoted Edward C. Waller, 60, from assistant general manager to general manager for government programs. Waller also will continue to hold the title of vice president. He is replacing Burt D. O’Laughlin, who retired in February.
