A dinner party argument ended in two deaths when an angry man shot his girlfriend and then himself as guests ran for cover, authorities said. Casper Sapp, 32, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest after killing his girlfriend, Jody Tarmey, 21, of Victorville, by shooting her several times with a .22-caliber rifle, said Jim Bryant, spokesman for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
