ORANGE COUNTY
Gwendolyn M. Tubach, a real estate developer and rancher, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the 2-year-old Pacific Regency Bank in El Toro. Tubach, 59, of Newport Beach replaces Leo B. Devlin, who becomes a director as part of the board’s routine annual rotation in leadership. Tubach also is an agricultural consultant, a mobile home dealer, a computer accounting service owner and a concert pianist and organist.
