A 28-year-old woman wanted in connection with the April 7 gunshot killing of an elderly San Diego man surrendered to homicide detectives early Wednesday, police said.
Dorothy Louis Moore was charged with murder in the death of William Henry Cousin, 77, of Sicard Street. Cousin was found shot at the home and later died at Physician’s and Surgeon’s Hospital of multiple gunshot wounds. Moore and Cousin had been roommates at the home.
Moore was booked into the County Jail at Las Colinas without bail.
