Two Arrested in Break-In: Two men were arrested about 7 a.m. Sunday, police said, when officers caught them taking band equipment from a van they allegedly had broken into. Police arrested Roger Little, 18, of Los Alamitos and a male juvenile on suspicion of burglary. Police said the break-in was in a van parked behind 4121 Howard Ave.
