A teen-ager who drowned over the weekend in a Little Rock public swimming area was identified as a 14-year-old Compton boy. Divers recovered the body of Andre Williams from the water in Little Rock Dam Recreation area, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Jones said. The youth had been swimming with some friends when he appeared to have difficulty staying afloat and went under about 30 yards from shore, Jones said.
