New Heart Assn. Leader Selected

William A. Wells has been selected to become the new executive vice president of the greater Los Angeles affiliate of the American Heart Assn.

Wells, currently executive director of the American Heart Assn. affiliate in Washington, will arrive here in July to succeed Raymond L. Eden, who is retiring after 16 years.
