Fullback Stanley Wilson, suspended in November, 1984, because of drug abuse, has been reinstated by the Cincinnati Bengals.
Wilson, 24, out of Banning High in Wilmington and the University of Oklahoma, reportedly was in drug rehabilitation four times in a 13-month period. Wilson says he has been off drugs for a year and has agreed to a stringent program including regular drug testing.
