Watkins-Johnson, Palo Alto, said it was awarded a $1.4-million contract by the Naval Regional Contracting Center, Long Beach, to supply a VHF/UHF and microwave frequency-monitering and direction-finding network to the Navy. The company also said it received a $5.9-million contract from the Naval Surface Weapons Center, Dahlgren, Va., to design shipboard electronic equipment.
