Reagan to Give Radio Talk at Fort to Honor Military

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will deliver his weekly radio address from Ft. Myer military base in Arlington, Va., on Saturday in honor of the annual observance of Armed Forces Day, it was announced Wednesday. Afterward, the President will dine with troops in the mess hall.
