Brea : 6 Drivers Arrested at Sobriety Checkpoint
Six motorists were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol at a sobriety checkpoint conducted by Brea Police on Friday and Saturday nights along Carbon Canyon Road, a police spokesman said Sunday.
About 300 drivers were “screened” Friday night from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., as were another 161 drivers during the same hours the following night, Lt. Jim Winder said.
