Metroplex II to Complete Project

Metroplex II, the second of a three-phase commercial office center being developed by Irvine-based Business Properties Development Co. adjacent to Anaheim Stadium, was being completed last week.
The $85-million Metroplex development will have a total of 657,000 square feet when completed, including Metropolex I, a four-story office building completed in 1985; Metropolex II, a six-story office building, and Metropolex III, two high-rise office towers and a hotel.
