Police arrested about 200 people in a crackdown on cruising motorists in Elysian Park. Traffic along Stadium Way near Dodger Stadium had reached a standstill as about 1,000 cars jammed streets and service roads in and around the park, Los Angeles Police Sgt. Tom Knoppof said.
