A San Francisco police sergeant was jailed after he allegedly sold cocaine in Sausalito and Larkspur bars, the Marin County sheriff’s office reported. Sgt. David Dugger, 43, a 19-year police veteran, was suspended from duty. Sheriff’s Sgt. Ronald Spurrell said Dugger told drug customers and bar employees who he was, sometimes even showing them his police identification. Spurrell said Dugger dealt in small quantities of cocaine, usually an eighth or a quarter of an ounce.
