Basques Blamed for Bomb

MARBELLA, Spain —
A small bomb went off in a hotel, apparently the fourth in a campaign by Basque guerrillas against Spanish Mediterranean resorts, police said Thursday. It caused no injuries and little damage. Marbella, on the Costa del Sol, is a favorite resort for wealthy Arabs.
