Costa Mesa Officer Injured in Collision

A Costa Mesa policeman was injured when his squad car collided with a moving van on Harbor Boulevard.
Officer K. C. Gleason suffered cuts and bruises to his chin, right arm and right knee in the Tuesday accident, which is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. Gleason was driving north on Harbor Boulevard when he struck the southbound van, which was making a left turn onto Princeton Drive, police said.
