Hart Arrives in Israel

TEL AVIV —
Sen. Gary Hart (D-Colo.) arrived in Israel on Saturday on the final stop of a fact-finding mission that has already taken him to Egypt and Jordan. Hart, considered the front-runner for the 1988 Democratic presidential nomination, was due to meet Defense Minister Yitzhak Rabin today.
