A double down the right-field line by Jim Bishop drove in Greg Myers as part of a two-run 10th inning that gave the Ventura County Gulls a 4-2 California League win Tuesday night over Bakersfield at Sam Lynn Park.

Myers had doubled to begin the 10th and, with one out, Luis Reyna walked to bring up Bishop. Reyna advanced to third on Bishop’s double and scored the Gulls’ fourth run on an infield single by Kevin Batiste.

Tom Wasilewski (5-2) pitched three scoreless innings in relief of starter Jose Mesa to pick up the victory.
