Redistrict Plan Sent to Council

The plan, approved on a 2-1 vote with Woo dissenting, will go to the full council Tuesday. Woo said he will present to the council his alternative proposal that would allow him to keep Hollywood in his district and would take away the Wilshire area from Councilman John Ferraro.
