Paul E. Chevalier has been promoted to senior vice president-employee relations at Carter Hawley Hale Stores, the Los Angeles-based parent of the Broadway. In the new position Chevalier will oversee employee and labor relations, employee benefits and customer satisfaction programs, reporting to Executive Vice President Arthur L. Crowe.
