Bake Parkway Section Closed for Construction
A section of Bake Parkway in El Toro will be closed, except to local traffic, until mid-August for construction of a storm drain.
The closure, which began Thursday, affects a section of the parkway between Toledo Way and Trabuco Road, according to county traffic officials. It is expected to last about four weeks, with a target reopening date of Aug. 15, they said.
The new storm drain is required because of the new alignment of Irvine Boulevard, officials said.
