Moorpark Homes Open; Four Floor Plans Featured

North View, a development of 313 single-family homes, opens today in Moorpark with 25 houses in the first phase.

Priced from $146,000 to $183,000, the homes are available in four floor plans with 12 exterior designs. Ranging in size from 1,462 to 2,416 square feet, the plans include three or four bedrooms, formal entries with tile or wood parquet floors, wood-burning fireplaces and vaulted ceilings in one- or two-story configurations.

Pardee Construction is building the project, which is scheduled for first move-ins in November.

The sales office and decorated models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 4189 Oakcliff Drive.
