Leaking Truck’s Fumes Injure 15 Plant Workers

ROANOKE, Va. —
Fumes from a leaking truck carrying hazardous waste drifted into an ITT Corp. plant’s ventilation system Tuesday, causing eye and respiratory problems for at least 15 workers, officials said. Ethyl glycol, a major component in antifreeze, leaked from the truck.
