Norwalk : Kraus Pleads Not Guilty
Former City Administrator William H. Kraus pleaded not guilty Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court to misdemeanor charges alleging failure to disclose two loans on conflict-of-interest forms he signed while in office in 1982 and 1983.
Judge Suzanne E. Person overruled a motion objecting to the complaint filed in May. Trial was set for Sept. 15 in Division 50, Court Clerk Ed Lopez said.
