Two Lottery Players Hit $1-Million Prize

SACRAMENTO —
The California Lottery created two more millionaires on its weekly “Big Spin” program Saturday.
Roger Ellert, 38, an auto mechanic from Encinitas, and Vera Hill, 50, secretary-treasurer of a Lompoc car dealership, each won 20-year annuities worth $1 million.
For the fifth week, nobody won the grand prize, which will be $7.55 million for the first spinner next week.
Also Saturday, two people won $100,000 prizes; five won $50,000, and three won $10,000.
