A man who pleaded guilty to attacking two black men with a knife and a car while dressed in a Ku Klux Klan-style robe was sentenced in Martinez, Calif., to three years in prison. Superior Court Judge Richard Arnason said he would allow George Harless, 20, of Concord to serve the time in the California Youth Authority because he had no previous criminal history. A probation report had recommended Harless be set free.
