A marijuana-hunting team of law officers found an arsenal of weapons and explosives when they raided a pot farm three miles from Fort Bragg. Fifteen agents in the annual Campaign Against Marijuana Planting found 186 guns, a flak jacket, blasting caps, black powder, military ammunition and hand grenades, said special agent Robert Pennal of the state Bureau of Narcotics. Some of the rifles were automatics. The raiders also reported finding 177 growing marijuana plants and five pounds of dried plants. Two people arrested as they were driving from the ranch were identified as Robert Sutherland, 46, and Lynn Justus Carithers, 53, both of Fort Bragg, 103 miles north of San Francisco.
